Terms of Service

Welcome to GloveTouch (glovetouchmma.com). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who we are

GloveTouch is an independent, fan-built site for MMA statistics, fight ratings, rankings, predictions and discussion. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the UFC or any promotion, league or fighter. Names of promotions, events and fighters are used only to refer to them factually.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Pick a username that isn't offensive and doesn't pretend to be someone else, including fighters, media, staff or GloveTouch.

Your content

You own the reviews, lists, messages and other content you post. By posting it, you give GloveTouch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, share (including in share images) and adapt it to run and promote the site. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it has already been shared or where others have replied to it.

Follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the guidelines.

Stats and predictions

• Statistics come from public sources and are provided as-is. We work hard to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee they are complete or error-free.
• Predictions and leaderboards are for fun. They have no cash value, and nothing on GloveTouch is betting advice.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• harass, threaten or abuse others, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
• spam, manipulate ratings or rankings, or use multiple accounts to do so;
• scrape the site, overload it, or try to break its security;
• post content you don't have the right to share, such as copyrighted photos or video.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, contact glovetouchmma1@gmail.com and we will review it promptly.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GloveTouch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we will update the date above and let signed-in users know. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
