Privacy Policy

GloveTouch (glovetouchmma.com) is a fan-built MMA stats and community site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Account details. When you sign in with Google or an email link, we receive your email address. From Google we may also receive your name and profile picture; we do not display or store them in your GloveTouch profile.
• Your profile. The username you choose and the initials made from it, your favorites and settings, and when you joined.
• What you post. Ratings, reviews, round scores, rankings lists, predictions, comments, chat messages, likes, follows and reports. Most of this is public by design.
• Technical data. A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and basic logs (such as errors and request times) needed to run and protect the site. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

• To run your account and show your public profile and activity.
• To calculate community ratings, rankings and leaderboards.
• To keep the community safe: filtering abuse, preventing spam and rating manipulation, and handling reports.
• To send sign-in emails and, if you turn them on, notifications.
• To fix problems and understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who helps us run the site

We use a few service providers who process data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase (database and sign-in)
• Cloudflare (hosting, security and analytics)
• Google (only if you choose Sign in with Google)
• An email delivery provider (sign-in emails) and an error-monitoring provider

These providers may store data in the United States or other countries.

What is public

Your username, initials, join date and the content you post (ratings, reviews, lists, predictions, chat messages) can be seen by anyone. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete your reviews and change your ratings at any time.
• You can change your username (once every 30 days).
• You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing glovetouchmma1@gmail.com. Account deletion will also be available in Settings.
• You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, at the same address.

How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. Backups roll off on their normal schedule.

Children

GloveTouch is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and let signed-in users know.
